About the assignment
A medium-sized distribution company in the Antwerp region is looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to set up and manage the entire pricing function. The company is in a growth phase and needs structure in their pricing — from segmentation and discount policies to governance and implementation.
The organization recently completed a Pricing Audit with Yggra Strategy. The recommendations are ready — now we need someone to translate them into daily practice and take the team along with the change.
What you're going to do
- Translating pricing strategy into operational policy and implementation
- Manage and further develop the segmentation model and discount matrix
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to inform pricing decisions
- Set up and maintain margin monitoring (in collaboration with Yggra Sentinel)
- Reporting to CFO and Commercial Director on pricing performance
- Implementing and securing the pricing governance framework
Who we are looking for
- 5—8 years of experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial analysis
- Experience in B2B distribution, wholesale or manufacturing is a strong plus
- Analytical and data-driven, but with commercial insight
- Experience with ERP systems and pricing tools
- Strong communicator who can convince stakeholders at C-level
- Dutch with a good knowledge of English
