About the assignment

A medium-sized distribution company in the Antwerp region is looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to set up and manage the entire pricing function. The company is in a growth phase and needs structure in their pricing — from segmentation and discount policies to governance and implementation.

The organization recently completed a Pricing Audit with Yggra Strategy. The recommendations are ready — now we need someone to translate them into daily practice and take the team along with the change.

What you're going to do

  • Translating pricing strategy into operational policy and implementation
  • Manage and further develop the segmentation model and discount matrix
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to inform pricing decisions
  • Set up and maintain margin monitoring (in collaboration with Yggra Sentinel)
  • Reporting to CFO and Commercial Director on pricing performance
  • Implementing and securing the pricing governance framework

Who we are looking for

  • 5—8 years of experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial analysis
  • Experience in B2B distribution, wholesale or manufacturing is a strong plus
  • Analytical and data-driven, but with commercial insight
  • Experience with ERP systems and pricing tools
  • Strong communicator who can convince stakeholders at C-level
  • Dutch with a good knowledge of English
